AFAI currently uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits, navigation patterns, device and browser categories, approximate location, and general engagement. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to provide anonymous, aggregated reporting without third-party cookies or persistent personal identifiers. We use this information to evaluate whether content is useful and improve site performance. If we add nonessential cookie-based analytics in the future, we will provide consent choices where required by law.

Content embedded from another provider may allow that provider to place or read its own technologies. The provider’s practices are governed by its policies, not this Policy.

AFAI does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-context behavioral tracking on this site. If we introduce advertising, outreach, or fundraising measurement technologies, we will identify and manage them as required by applicable law. AFAI does not sell personal information for money. Where applicable law defines certain advertising or data sharing more broadly, we will provide the required choices.

You can reopen our privacy notice at any time through “Cookie Settings” in the site footer. You can also control or clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting these technologies may cause some functions to work differently or require you to re-enter preferences. Some browsers and extensions transmit preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. Where legally required and technically supported, we will process recognized signals as applicable to that browser or device.

The preference indicating that you dismissed our privacy notice remains in local storage until you clear it or AFAI changes the notice version. Other interface preferences remain for the period needed to provide the requested setting. Vercel states that its temporary analytics visitor session is automatically discarded after 24 hours. Other information is retained according to the purpose for which it was collected and our broader retention practices.
